Happy Days!

Fitness Update
I weigh myself each morning after I wake up before eating breakfast.  This morning when I stepped onto the scales I was happy to realise that I have lost 6lbs in the last week and a half.  I haven't been trying very hard either.  I have changed my diet but I certainly haven't been doing any exercise.  In the next week or so I will start exercising and hopefully will start losing more lbs!

What have I been eating?

Special K or Weetabix with semi-skimmed milk and a cup of tea

Salad or Ryvita with fruit

Salad with chicken or pasta with fish


Water, green tea, orange juice, cranberry juice.
